During normal hours, call the office at 614-921-8686 to schedule appointments. If it is after hours and you would like the staff to contact you, please fill out the contact form.
Weekend requests will be contacted immediately upon opening on Monday, or later in the day if noted. Requests submitted during normal business hours may not be contacted until the following day due to the fact that we are serving our daily patients needs.
